The short answer

The tracker represents five source groups and shows those that apply to your selections: first-use Najiz profile data filled in, applicant IBAN, attachments shown by Najiz, valid agent POA, and respondent data. It records Present, Not present, or Not marked only. It does not inspect a document or predict the authority's decision.[1][2]

What does the tracker record?

The tool starts with a user-selected description: a court judgment or decision, cheque, promissory note, notarized contract or document, or another type. Article 9 of the Enforcement Law lists executive instrument classes, but this selection only organizes the list and does not inspect an individual document. Source 1

Next, you select filing capacity. This version represents filing as the applicant or as an agent. Counts stop for a legal person or Unsure because the tool does not collect the extra details needed to represent that capacity. Source 2

The five source groups

Najiz personal-profile data: shown only when you select first-time use of a Najiz service and records whether the profile data has been filled in. Source 3
Applicant IBAN: records the presence of an active IBAN linked to the applicant's name and ID without collecting the number. Source 4
Attachments shown by Najiz: remains a general group because fields vary with the type selected inside the service. Source 5
Agent POA: shown only when filing as an agent and records a valid POA containing both execution-request and declaration powers. Source 6
Respondent data: one composite group covering type, full name, nationality, ID type, and ID number. The values themselves are not entered. Source 7

How does the respondent-data group work?

You mark each of the five fields separately without typing a value. The group becomes Present only when all five marks are Present. If any field is Not present, the group shows the same; partial marks leave it Not marked. A stopped subfield suppresses both counts. Source 8

Attachments and translation

The tool never enumerates attachment names; Najiz shows fields according to the type selected inside the service. Application step 9 says to upload the instrument image and attach a translation when the document is not in Arabic. The tracker only reminds you of that field and receives no files. Source 9

Limits of the displayed count

The count shows how many displayed groups you marked Present out of all displayed groups. Both numbers disappear for Another type or unsure, a legal-person capacity, uncertainty about capacity or first use, or after the service source review window ends. These internal stops prevent uncertainty from becoming an assumption. Source 10 Source 11

Cheques in Saudi law

Article 9 includes commercial papers among executive instrument classes, which is why Cheque appears as one of the user's descriptions. Direct cheque enforcement is an established Saudi route, not a recent foreign reform. The tool still does not inspect the cheque or its details; it records selections only. Source 12

Source dates and privacy

The Ministry of Justice service page was checked on 13 July 2026 and is set for another review before 13 August 2026 because Najiz fields can change. The recorded check date for Article 9 here is 10 July 2026. Every selection stays on your device, and no field accepts names, ID numbers, IBAN, or files. Source 13 Source 14

Frequently asked questions

What does the displayed count mean?

It is the number of displayed groups marked Present out of all displayed groups. It does not describe the document or request, and it does not predict the authority's decision after submission.[1]

Why do counts stop for another type or a legal-person filing?

This version represents four user-described categories and filing personally or as an agent only. Another type and a legal-person filing need additional detail the tool does not collect, so it stops instead of assuming.[1][2]

What do I record when filing as an agent?

The tool shows a separate POA group and asks only whether the POA is valid and contains both execution-request and declaration powers. It does not ask you to upload the POA or enter its details.[1]

Does the tool list the required attachments?

No. Attachments remain one general group because the fields shown by Najiz vary with the type selected inside the service. For a non-Arabic document, the tool reminds you of the translation attachment mentioned in step 9 without adding another description.[1]

Why is a cheque one of the descriptions?

Article 9 of the Enforcement Law includes commercial papers among executive instrument classes. Direct cheque enforcement is an established Saudi route, not a recent foreign reform. The tool selection remains the user's description and does not inspect the cheque itself.[2]
