An ordered record without inference

The tool accepts four items for each event: a Gregorian date, a neutral description, an optional document label, and a user-selected state of “I have it,” “I do not have it,” or “Not checked.” When the document label is blank, its state must remain “Not checked.” After validation, rows are ordered from earliest to latest. Events with the same date retain their entry order.

The tool does not merge similar events, remove duplicates, suggest wording, or propose a document. Its numerical output is limited to the event count and the number of rows in each of the three document states.

Legal context and its boundary

Article 1 of the Evidence Law states that the law applies to civil and commercial transactions. Source 1

These articles provide general digital-evidence context, but the cited source does not require a timeline. The organizer does not turn an entry into evidence, inspect an original or authenticity, or decide relevance to an event or dispute. Source 4

Sharing and private printing

Public sharing uses only the page link and a generic message; dates, descriptions, and document labels are not placed in the share text. Private printing includes the exact rows, so an inline warning explains that anyone receiving the copy can read those entries. Every print attempt requires a new confirmation, and no previous confirmation is remembered.
